An extraordinarily flexible skill in addition to being potent. Enables Wes (a poor combatant) to greatly aid the team without needing to be near combat himself. Can be roughly compared to a toggle between Placebo, Armchair General, and The Optimizator, three very useful skills. Make sure to place Wes by a module that gives you a useful effect to your given circumstances.
Note that this is the only percentage boost to regen in the game, potentially buffing Autodoc Shards and Paramedic to incredible levels.
