A very useful item for any tanks you might have, as it gives one of the largest flat boosts to regen of any item. The speed penalty may or may not be detrimental depending on the situation. Note that the Sandvich's speed penalty is nullified if equipped on Misha (due to the Momentum skill), particularly fitting.
