A 1-in-20 chance of applying a Viral Injector shot to the targeted monster. Almost completely useless as you will nearly always kill the mob before the poison even does anything. Tends to be an incidental bonus, as the Cheater's Armband is equipped almost solely for the attack power boost instead of this skill.
