Team Spirit is a skill that is only naturally possessed either by atrocious combatants (Josh, Mormish) or heroes that are often fighting solo (Rosetta Q), so being able to equip it on any hero you choose can be interesting. Assuming the hero in question is with their team, the HR manual gives a boost to attack power and defense to a greater level than, say, Milspec Bracelets or Kitchen Gloves. Actually a decent item overall, assuming the hero is grouped with the team.
